b6 vitamin

    okay does the b6 vitamin do anything for fertility? i was given the vitamin as an added bonus to my new lifestyle of healthy foods and vitamins, but i have heard benefits for fertility? is this true does anyone know?

    Some women take it to lengthen the luteal phase. :flower:

    Hmmmmmm i wonder if that is why i have had 3 days now of positive LH tests?!?!?!

    I don't really know if it will cause a longer period of positive OPKs or not. Here's a thread about many women's experiences with it on here so I hope that helps you. Much baby dust to you, ladies!

    I will say that when I got pregnant with my 3rd it took me 12 months of ttc. I read somewhere about the vitamin b, so I started taking it and I got pregnant that month, so that is my experience.
