Babies and Swimming Pools - and Baby Float!

When I go away on holiday, can I take Louis into the swimming pool or sea?

Plus if I can, has anyone used one of those baby float things, that hold the baby up.. Are they good??

Yea, well as long as he has had 2 sets of his jabs, then its fine. I used the floatie thats a rubber ring with the seat in it? Not sure if your talking about that or the jacket. Anyhow, your better taking him to your local swimming pool first as most babies really dont like it first time, just so he enjoys it more on holiday x

floats are ok, arms get cold though, i prefer to hold lilly but depends on how packed the pool is x

I found the floats that they sit in really good.

I used the baby float with Olivia in Majorca (the one below)

It was fab but it got a puncture before we went home

The only thing we found is we didnt keep her in the pool too long as it was a little on the cold side.

i bought a little white tshirt for my charge to wear on top of her swimming cossie in the pool when she was in her float, that kept her a little warmer for longer nd also reflects the sun's hot rays if thats any help? x x
