What did you get your lil ones for their first Christmas? With all the hype & although Caitlin doesn't know any different at this time we got her a couple of gifts - pricey maybe but they come in lovely little boxes and they will go back in the box and kept for her in the future. Plus its been so close to Christmas friends & family have bought for her arrival I don't think close friends and family will really click on to the fact its her first Christmas too.

Wow, spoiling her already ey! gorgeous toys :)

Is the winnie the pooh thing, the moonlight dreamshow?? if it is, Bethanie loves hers so much and it even sends me to sleep, still! beautiful.

Just want to recommend this one: https://www.johnlewis.com/+Baby/Bab...+and+Height+Charts/216/230335576/Product.aspx
Amazing.. :)

I got Rae a charm bracelet that can be added on to when she gets older then for her Baptism and 2nd christmas I got her another charm for each occasion. I got her soft toys and a baby gym and stuff she got spoiled for her 1st christmas by both our families but she honestly didnt know any different!!!

Thats a lovely idea raven, where did you get her little bracelet from?

I looked at those Tilly and was unsure if it would be one of those stupid buys! Might look into buying one. Does your LO still have use of it/enjoy it?

Love the bracelt idea :D

lol funny you should say that, we really wanted it at first then I tried to put myself off of it thinking that it would be a "useless buy" and trying to convince myself I hated it. Then a few weeks before she was born, I just couldn't resist so we ordered it! It's one of those things where you think it will be useless, but it's great. It sent her (and us) to sleep so quickly, and when she woke in the night the womb sounds would really settle her. The record function is also lovely and even entertains the OH's who like to record random stuff.
I'll be getting a new one when we have another baby as well! - you may be completely different to me though, but I adore it! and Bethanie still loves it!

In a jewellers in Bath in England when I was on holidays its a standard t-bar bracelet so links for it will always be around so it can always be made bigger!!! Raven loves the way it shines but only wears it for special occasions!!!
Love Bailey xoxoxoxoxox

Would it be too late to get one now then Tilly? The noise of the womb still comfort your lil woman?

For Jacks 1st xmas last year- i just got a pack of onesies for him and a winnie the pooh musical thingy for his crib. It puts images on the ceiling and plays music. He still loves it to this day and uses it every night!

We have a womb sounds bear like that over here, and my cousins had it and loved it! They didnt really play with it or use it much past 4-5 months though!

Those gifts you have picked out for her Wobbles are so cute!

Definitely not too late, she doesn't sleep with it at the moment as the batteries need replacing but I will be doing that! She loves the teddy still and it comforted her for ages! It also has music, wave sounds and white noise I believe.. so will last a while.

we've got Kaya some presents, mainly toys for when she's older - 6 months + We're not wrapping them or anything though, in fact I'd be surprised if we even try to give her them as she's just too young to care.

we bought rhys a blanket with his name on it

I love that blanket - where from Terrie?

just thought id add that theres this pic of rhys on their homepage :) im so pleased, i sent it to them when rhys was born but they only just got round to putting it on there!!!

We didnt buy Adam anything, bah humbug! lol

I personaly dont see the point, he will never know and never remember so i see it as a waste of money which we could ahve and spent in other areas, like food, drink, chocys and extra pressies

Im a keepsake person for stuff and will be with her - she has a big memory box etc so all 3 things will be used! Her first rag doll - the pram toy & bunny .... just so happened I wanted a pram bar toy and a cosy toy of some sort so it fits in to that but I can put them back into their nice boxes :D Just a soppy fool I am for stuff really

I bought Ella a charm bracelet with some charms for Xmas and her birthday. I'm getting her some more charms tomorrow to be added to it for this Xmas and birthday :)
And also bought an assortment of presents for her (but she was very nearly 1). For DS (he's older as well) I've got a few different presents including a leapfrog table, little piano thing, crocodile shape sorter, some stacking cups, mobile and keys, books, simple puzzles from ELC, some Nemo bath toys etc.

We do the keep sake box too, put all his hospital bands, cord clamp, messureing tape etc in, we also put in his welcome home baby cards and teddie that people sent etc

Might be weird but i keep the kids teeth too, got sparkly pill boxes and put them in there when they fall out to put in there baby boxes lol
