Baby clothes patterns

hi all

Wasnt really sure where to put this post but wondered if any one can help?

I am wanting to make my sons christening gown and wanted to get a pattern for it, but i am a complete beginner so not sure where to start! I have material as i am going to use my wedding dress but i need a really really straight forward pattern, can anyone recommend any?

My Mum gets all of hers from John Lewis if that's any help?

go on-line and look for 'easy vintage christening gown patterns', might help........(vintage are usually free)
