Baby drooling and chewing hand constantly

My little Katie May is 11 weeks old on Saturday and only started putting her hand in her mouth in the past week but has had2 teeth through since 3 weeks!!! The HV didnt believe me or even look until the next week & only because i kept going on about them.

Tristan has been doing this for the past few days too, he will happily nag on anything he can, my mum was trying to wind him earlier and he starting eating her hand.. So I had a little feel and certainly has a lump trying to poke through!
He has been very unsettled for the past few days too, going from the happiest baby (compared to his big sister who cried all the time!) to crying and barely sleeping
