Baby is a night owl

oh I need sleep! Mikey (3 weeks) has taken to sleeping most of the day and then is awake at night and no amount of entertainment keeps him interested. he just screams!

will he naturally sort out his days and nights or can I do anything to help him. I know I should sleep in the day when he does but I find it next to impossible to drop off even considering how tired I am!

I have the same issue with Renah. She sleeps the ENTIRE day then she's up from 11pm-3am. Not doing anything in particular, just wants to be awake and up in my arms. I've read to keep it really light when she sleeps in the daytime and really dark in the night. I've been sleeping Renah in the living room in the day and in the bedroom at night. I don't know if it'll help or not but its worth trying.
