i asked at the post office about the website tracking thing and she told me recorded delivery is only by phone number, and its special delivery is the one where it can be tracked online.
confused now lol.
i'll just do what everyone else does lol

OOoo just checked, you are right! What is Electronic proof of delivery? (thats what you get with standard recorderd.... I'm confused now too!

I think it just means that you now have to sign on one of them electric handheld thingies upon receiving the parcel. Then the person who sent the parcel can go online, enter the tracking code and if the items been delivered a copy of the signature will be there.

RECORDED DELIVERY is a small charge at any post office thats requires a signature when its delivered.
