I don't know if anyone else has felt like this. For my entire pregnancy up until the last couple of days I have really enjoyed feeling my baby move.

However the baby stretched out earlier, way more than it ever has done and you could see it one both sides of my stomach, it really hurt but wouldn't stop and it scared me! I heard popping noises too and I thought it was going to do some damage to me. Made me feel sick in the end.

Has anyone else had this? I just want my baby to be born now

I have had the popping noises (I'm 33 weeks gone this mon) since around 30 weeks - have no idea what they are though sorry! Babies movements have started to hurt me now...so...no I'm not enjoying feeling her moveand when she moves it seems to bring on painful period cramps / braxton hicks :-( Hurry up the next 7 weeks and few days is all I can say.... good luck with rest of pregnancy hun x

Mine has started getting quite painful now too. He sticks knees/elbows out with quite some force. Not long to go now xx

It does get painful....but normal! More than the stretching is mine wants to bury her head downwards and it makes me jump in pain...I have gotten a couple of funny looks from people- I was even asked the other day if I was in labor and needed a ride to the hospital!

I'm sat here with what appears to be something from the film Alien, trying to get out of my tummy......she's dancing about, pushing and stretching and sometimes i honestly feel like i'm going to pee myself she's putting so much pressure on me :( xx

Hey. I sometimes get this. When the bump gets really overactive it really frightens me, especially at this late stage when he supposedly should be calming down (SnoopyMad - we're due on the same day! whey!)
Ive had the popping too, and to be honest, when i asked my mw she didnt have a clue. Her initial thought was waters breaking but nothing has happened so...shrug! Sorry i couldnt really enlighten you. What weirds me out properly is when i feel bubble-esque movements around my groin. Its so weird what these babies get up to :)

havent had that yet this time, but at 37 weeks their no room left to stretch, can you imagine be stuck like that and needing a good stretch lol,

I don't know what the popping noise is, but I've had it too. I think it's just trapped air or could be the baby's joints? I honestly dunno hun.
I'm sorry I can't really help, but I'd like to know what the popping noise is too! So that's a very good question. I got scared once when my baby moved and it was when baby kicked me in my left side and stretched out making an awkward painful feeling in that area, but other than that one time I've never gotten scared since then thank goodness lol. I hope you don't continue getting scared when your baby moves. If it does I'd let your doctor know how it feels and why it scares you and also ask about the popping noise. I told my doctor about my popping noises, but said nothing about the popping noise so I still have no idea hun.
I just hope it gets better for you!!

Is it a popping sound or maybe a clicking sound? I'm only asking bc with my last I kept hearing a click a lot of times when he moved. I asked the doc and he wasnt much help. Now that he's here I know what it was. Sometimes when he moves his arm his little shoulder makes the exact same clicking sound I heard when he was still in my belly. Too cute!
And for me, he NEVER slowed down. He was kicking me ALL THE TIME, even during labor he wouldn't stop moving.... And yes, it was quite painful at times....

Maybe it's your joints stretching and popping? Kinda like when you crack your knuckles.

Does anyone know if it's actually possible to be injured internally from a baby kicking?

Last night i had a sore belly and i pressed down in the squishy bit just below my sternum and it made a clicking noise. Totally freaked me out and made me feel queasy!
