Anyone with any advice regarding what to pay a babysitter for my bundle? I can't afford to take alot of time off of work with only one week paid vacation. What's suitable? They'll probably be doing roughly 10 hours a day, 5 days a week.

my lo goes to her God Father's home, and his mother watches my lo.. since she knows me she and I worked out a deal she discounted her fee and only charges me 60 a week. which still is alot to me but at least I have my peace of mind! If you can help it find someone you trust.

Well if you get a registered child minder Tax credits can help you if your in UK.

By the way if someone looks after your baby full time and being paid they should be paying tax on it as it is an income so be careful.
