back pain 10 weeks 4 days

hi I've read lower back pain in pregnancy can be a miscarraige but I'm now getting the pain up my back to my neck and my legs x does this still sound like a miscarraige I am in for an early scan tomorrow morning and I'm dreading it as I think something bad as happened cos these pains are pretty bad
