Hi,
Anyone else suffering from sciatica? I think I have overdone it this weekend (DH decided to knock a hole in our ceiling and there was soot all over the house, so had a lot of cleaning to do - long story!)
Basically, I'm getting shooting pains up my back, stiffness and also my left buttock is practically numb (sorry TMI!)
Ive been told physio, painkillers and heat rub creams are good for sciatica (none of which are recommended in pregnancy!)
Anyone have any remedies/tips to help??? I'm apprehensive to call my doc as I dont think its worth an appointment as I can't see her being able to do anything!
