I agree 37.5 is plenty! Too much actually. You should only work Wednesday-Friday with a day off in between. :rofl:

How much vacation time do you guys get over there? I get 3 weeks plus 3 personal days and 9 holidays.

Over here I get 20 days Holidays. 8 public holidays. I think thats right maybe more depending how christmas and new year falls
