It seemed like a good idea at the time... I fancied a healthy low fat home made iced coffee drink. half pint of skimmed milk lots of ice teaspoon of coffee 2 teaspoons of sweetner It made a pint of iced coffee, I would say about 60-70 cals max. blended up all nice and slushy. It was so nice and filling, and great for a summers day! But now I can't stop shivering!!!!
