BBT thermometer...

Hi! I was wondering if I needed an actual BBT thermometer or if a regular fever thermometer would work....

I have been temping with a fever thermometer but didn't really get any big temp spike...

Also how much of a jump does your temp go up after O?

You'll need a BBT thermometer. They measure out to the hundredths of degrees, and are more accurate than regular fever thermometers.

Not sure what the spike is supposed to be, but I'm sure someone else on here knows!
