ooops sorry should say OPK with irregular cycle

since coming off the pill I have had a cycle of 28 days and the last was 41. I thought last month was due to too much EPO and thought I might ov around CD15 again. Last night (CD11) I got a few twinges on the right and decided to do clearblue OPK and low and behold smiley face. We BD'd on sat eve and then last night so perhaps I havent missed it this month but I wondered how the gals with irregular cycles go about using OPKs - do you POAS every day after AF?
