Hi all, haven't posted here since March time when I had my last fertility appt! Anyway, the last time I posted I was due a blood test to check my pertuity gland was ok for IVF drugs and we needed a semen analysis also. I had the blood test back in March and due to the sperm guy being ill for 3 months, only NOW are we getting the semen analysis!!
So 9th July is the big day, OH is crapping himself but i'm sure he'll cope :) We then have the next fertility appt with Mrs Soliman on 17th August.

My question is: What will happen now? All the tests are done, so do we get referred to Bristol to begin the IVF or do they do the IVF in the hospital (Yeovil)? I remember her saying there was no waiting list so when we do go ahead, we will be going ahead straight away...

If anyone can help i'd be most grateful :)

Hey hun

Didn't want to read and run but i'm not sure what the protocol is in your area? Are the tests done through a GP or FS? We had tests done through both - at our last FS appt we just got told to go on the waiting list for 12 months?? Also at our clinic if you live in a different PCT there is 'no waiting list' but they still have to wait up to 6 months to get treated. I'd give your local PCT a call or ask the FS what happens next?? :dust:
