and bought lots of little pink things :D
I'm getting so excited about my little princess now. To be honest its all feeling a little more real now.. its slightley embarassing to say up untill now iv barely felt pregnant at all

A quick question though, im 20 weeks and havent been able to sleep well for the last week, i just cant get comfortable at night. and i have this persistant needing the toilet feeling too but not acctually needing a wee at all if i get up (no UTI as i have been to the doctors with this last week) so i'm guessing its just Kacie using my bladder as a pillow.
Anyways any tips on getting a better nights sleep? im starting to feel the irritation now of not getting much sleep but not having a reason to be awake at all hours.

any advice would be great :flower:

Have you tried a body pillow hun? Its the only way i can get comfy without my hips burning.

Ill be watching this thread as I could do with a good nights sleep myself luv..xx

I havent tried one yet but would really like to, i might have to get myself one next time i get paid and see how that goes:thumbup:. I tried sleeping on a blow up matress a few days ago which really seemed to help take some of the weight off my bump as it sorta moulded around me but the comfort was short lived when i woke up with backache lol xx

Lol getting comfy is an art form when your pregnant i think! I found it so hard at first coz i'm naturally a tummy sleeper and of course i'm too big now to sleep on my tummy (plus little girl doesn't like it much aha!)

Im pretty much the same, iv taken to sleeping on my side but i find my hips and shoulders killing me lol xx

Its definitely worth investing in a body pillow hun. Mothercares one is fab coz it comes with lavender oil that helps you sleep and a gel pad you can heat up and is fab for aches and pains.

i agree with mrsengland- invest in a pregnancy pillow.

i have exactly the same bladder thing u are describing and have had it about 2 weeks now. i also dont have a uti. its so uncomfortable!

congrats on your princess
