Before and After??

I think it would be a good idea to get some before pics up here girls and then when we are happy with our weight put a after picture up??

What do you think?

Good idea

im wanting to lose 4 stone before im happy with my body
i hate the way i look now hate my arms the most and my thighs and hips.

on my before picture i wasnt exactly happy my weight either back then so i would have wanted to lose another stone aswell lol im never happy.

Ok so.... I changed my mind. I decided to take some after pictures and just keep them to myself because I was sure there would be no difference in only 5 weeks. Buuuut. Well I do see a tiny difference in the profile shot so I thought I would share. Also I am wearing the same size brand and style of pants in both pictures, just different colors. I can definately tell the week 5 ones look a bit looser. I'm kind of excited!

cooney there is definitely a difference i hate looking at any before pics of me and now that keen on pictures being taken of me at the moment but think its just habit!!! u have prob all seen mine so i wont post again lol

I used to shy away from people taking pictures of me but after a while I just saw a lot of pictures of me trying to avoid the camera and looking fat, rather than me smiling and looking pretty and fat. I would rather look fat and happy than fat and self conscious, even though I am.
