I am all for attachment parenting. If your child is attached to you... GOOD, they should be as you are the mother, the safety net! I would have just said thanks and dismissed them.

I'm jealous of you! I want nothing more than to have a super attached relationship with my son. Ya know, when you're both like...ONE together. The way asian people are with their babies. Co-sleeping, babywearing etc. But for some reason Rory has never been like that. He hates cuddles, prefers to be on the move. He's very smiley and sociable but is happy and smiles at ANYONE, me no more than them. More interested in new people than me. Likes his own space. Meh. I feel unloved Ah well at least it wont be a shock when he's a teenager haha
