I really recommend the River Cottage Baby and Toddler cookbook. We never got the BLW recipe book, though the BLW book itself (not the cook book) had really great lists of meal ideas that found really helpful in the first couple months when I just needed finger food ideas. I strongly recommend getting it even if you don't also buy the recipe book. But the River Cottage book is great because it's organised seasonally, so the recipes for Spring use foods that are freshest (and more plentiful and affordable too) in the springtime, etc. It's also food you'd eat yourself and we actually used to cook recipes from it even before we started weaning just for us.
