I had medical management for a mmc on 27th February, I took a pregnancy test a week later and it was negative, I've been very impatiently waiting for af, I showed all signs of ovulation around a week later, been having some af type cramps for well over a week but still nothing, today I took a test out of curiosity and got what looks like a very very faint positive, what are the chances of this happening?
