Hi ladies. I have 4yo twin boys concieved naturally first cycle trying.

I fell pregnant last month, first cycle trying, but ended in chemial/early loss.

This month we decided not to try as ive been dealing with bad anxiety since the loss. We dtd once tho and i guess thats all it takes..

My AF is due in 2/3 days and ive had bfp's the last 2 mornings (i swore i wouldnt test early after last montg so im so angry at myself).
I have bad back cramps aswel as some pelvic fullness.. same pains i get with my period.. same pains as i got last month with the miscarriage..

Can anyone tell me if AF type cramping is normal? Its so long ago that i had my twins, im struggling to remember and im so scared this will end in a second loss

Thanks ladies

Af cramping is very normal. I had af cramping from about 4-6 weeks and then not as often but still occasionally. Some even felt quite strong for a minute but would die off and would feel better. I had cramps with my chemical but the were constant basically from O to the time I started bleeding. I never really felt better and kept feeling like something was off. I also had back pain the beginning of this one on and off but has gotten much better. I've had one scan a couple weeks ago and all was well so even though I know it's really hard, try to relax. Maybe take baths and think positively. :hugs: I totally understand your worries.. I've had them and still do occasionally but someone told me that worries won't change the outcome and the utericalm should try to enjoy every day we have the baby inside us growing no matter how long that might be. :flower:

I had no cramping with my loss (I thought everything was perfect until a scan told me otherwise) and had really strong cramping with my daughter and with this pregnancy so far.
