bfp after ttc for over a year

Hello ladies. How are you all doing?
I thought I would post here and give some hope to those who are still trying to conceive.
Well, after one year and 3 months ttc my second baby, and after two failed iui's in march and april, I decided that I have some rest in may and stop taking medications and wait till june to schedule my third iui. To my surprise, I found out today that I am pregnant Today I was three days late to my period and decided to test. I took two pregnancy tests that turned out bfp at once; even before the control line had color, the test line appeared and got darker than the control line. I am still shocked and can't believe I'm finally pregnant. After two failed iui's, I thought it was impossible to me to get pregnant naturally, but I was totally wrong.
I wish my experience might give some hope to all ladies who have been trying to conceive for so long and might have lost hope.
