The link is working but the chart has a lot of white circles on it, so its not going to be reliable. Best thing for her to do is test.

I didn't want to r&r and I am no chart expert but it does look rather promising but obviously there really is no way to tell until your sister gets her bfp. Hope it is and she has a h&h 9 months. Let me know how she gets on. X

It means that FF has determined that the information may be unreliable, for example if you've had interrupted sleep, or have temped at a different time.
