BFP or Evap?

I still havent had a period since I gave birth 4 and a half months ago, so have no idea if I have ovulated at all? Been not very good with bc, or not using it at all but have been exclusively breastfeeding. I have felt really sick to my stomach the last week or so, and the headaches I had in pregnancy have returned. I took a test today, and thought I saw a faint something. But upon looking again I decided BFN since I have a pretty big line eye. But then I checked it again a few minutes later and saw this. I have never gotten a true evap, is that what this is? It is an Answer test.

i can see the line but i think it looks colourless like the antibody strip... maybe... maybe test again in a few days

I had an evap that looked just like that on the answer brand.

Yeah I figured thats what is was, but I have never had an evap before so I thought it was weird. Of course I will still test in a few days though!
