Bfp then bfn

I’m currently 13 dpo (I think) and af is due to arrive tomorrow or Monday. I decided to do a couple of cheapies today just for giggles. This morning’s test was bfn. Then I did one in the evening but ran to the store and forgot to check it. When I did get around to checking, it looked like a vvvfl. So naturally, I did another test. To my surprise, a bfp popped up right away. I was so shocked that I did another test about 45 minutes later and also got a bfp. Then I let a few hours pass and took another one, and it’s a bfn - not even a hint of a line. Now I’m trying to decide which tests to believe.

Just documenting. The bfp turned bfn. The ones after the + are from today. The bfp are from last night.

Again here just to document and see if anyone has any insight. I’m 39, and my cycles work like clockwork. I got the + on 12/28 which quickly turned to -. My period still hasn’t officially come. I started spotting and cramping yesterday expecting my full on period. Instead, it was just a pink tint when I wiped that has now turned brown. I took another test and it’s bfn. Could the odd period be perimenopause related? I’ve also had bronchitis for a couple of weeks, so maybe that has something to do with it.
