Oh happigail those last 3 pics are just gorgeous!!!!
She really does! Her Daddy looks very in love x
The Formula feeding = obese child/adult argument really frustates me!!
I genuinley believe Noah is meant to be the size he is, i do not over feed him and im sure he would be a similar weight if breastfed he has followed the same percentile curve from 3 weeks and has never been poorly, nor has my Health visitor ever seen his weight to be cause for concern.
As i'm weaning now he eats healthily and i plan for this to continue throughout his childhood. Myself and my OH eat healthily and are both well within a healthy weight range... And breath....
Anyway it just really frustrates me that people think that Noah is a big baby because he is fed on formula, babies come in all shapes and sizes, thats what makes them so special... Rant over!! xxx
I'm sorry if my comment offended anyone, it's just a paranoia because of me being big, I worry about it all but I know that it's not formulas fault really!
Hi ladies..
Thought I would post.. My not so little man was 9lb 4oz at birth.. at 14 weeks he weighed 18lbs.. He is now 19+5 weeks and haven't had him weighed but reckon he is over 20lbs.. he is however close on 80cm long! He doesnt in the slightest look fat or out of proportion but just get a bit sick of everyone tellingme he looks like a 10 month old.. he is exclusively breastfed and has not started on solids/with weaning.. I feel like I never had a newborn as I see friend's babies who are like a few weeks younger than him and weigh what he did at 3 weeks old..
Bonus though is that he is so strong
Aw thank you.. That was him at like 2 minutes old Luckily we bought a new Graco Symbio where the car seat is ok till they are 11kgs but I already think he needs a biger one-plus there is no way I can carry that thing (car seat, not baby lol).. Another down side is my pelvis is screwed.. He was 56cms at birth.. And I was so huge when I was pregnant that the skin on my tummy actually tore at 41 weeks and bled! I am 5ft8 and hubby is 6ft2 but his dad and nephews etc are 6ft5 on average so I should have expected it really hee hee.. my 2 year old was 9lbs at birth (42 weeks) but he is quite small now comapred to other children his age)
