I can't imagine how I could get bigger (not that I'm massive) but I see these pregnant women who really struggle to get around and figure I'm going to end up like that at some point!
I'm definitely bigger, but I'm not struggling very much to get up/around. I think a lot of it depends on how fit you were before pregnancy, and how active you stay during pregnancy - use it or lose it sort of thing.
For comparison, here I am at 34 weeks (excuse the mess, they were renoing our bathroom)

I remember wondering this too - you feel SO huge at 34 weeks and think you can't possibly get any bigger - but remember baby does most of its weight gain in the last 4-6 weeks of pregnancy, so TRUST me, you will get bigger, or will at least feel a lot heavier!
