Birth problems/complaints/nerve damage

Not sure if it's appropriate here sorry if not.

Briefly I was induced 20/6 and so much went wrong.

-I was told to stay in bed (not even allowed to use toilet) for over 20 hours
-Contractions too close together for epidural
-Slowed down too much so was pushing for 8-9 hours
-Stirrups were broken and ended up with nerve damage in my leg/foot (my main issue)
-epidural given (after 2 hours) but button not given so wore off - had to have another
-notes wrong
-had a PPH (hemorrhage) and not told/treated

Wrote a complaint but not sure what I expect to receive back.......

Anyone had any poor experiences made a complaint or sought legal advice. I'm not sure I want to go down that route but incompetence has caused me damage in my leg which 6 months later is still tingly and weaker than the other.....

Geesh! I'm sorry, I don't have any advice, I hope things will get better!

It's much better now thanks (all but 90% recovered).

And looking at the LO makes me think it was worth it

Off topic, but I remember when I went to go out one night and I wore heals.. I guess it cut off circulation, and I lost feeling in my little toe for about a year, so I know how frustrating it is to lose the feeling, but I hope they can do something for you.
