Birthing balls- the advantages!

My 4 year old thinks its great to throw a gigantic ball around the room !!! We all love it in our house lol.

My problem is I think baby is breech at mo so not sure if it is good on this case?

Apparently if baby is breech getting on all fours but on your elbows so your top half is lower than your bum can help encourage baby to turn xx

I LOVED the birthing ball in Labour - I wouldnt get off it! I will definately be purchasing one for the next preganancy
