Bite Marks - what are they?

Im a little worried, ive woken up today with 7 or 8 bite marks on my stomach. I have a few little stretch marks around the same area, but these are small raised pink marks. They are not itchy or anything, and I dont have any pets, or flees

I also have a small mark on my leg, and one on my back, but these could just be little spots, its the concentration of ones on my stomach im most worried about. They are near to my hip.

Hey. I have a pregnancy related rash (completely harmless) which actually looks like bite marks. It started on my stomach and has spread down my thighs and around to my back. It may be a similar thing.. but obviously best to get it checked out if they don't clear up xx

I had a pregnancy-related rash too, like red pinpricks. It was very itchy too, though. You can get it tested but it sounds like a pregnancy related rash alright.
