Black Cohosh, Evening Primrose Oil

So I have both of these,
I've read to only take the cohosh 140mg daily from cd 1-12.

The primrose one it says three times daily?

What are your suggestions ladies?
Is this correct?

This was my first cycle taking black cohosh. I took 140mg form cd 2-12. Last cycle I got a positive OPK on cd 22ish with af arriving on cd 29. This time I got a positive OPK on cd 13 I'm only about 3 dpo so won't know it it works for another week and a half. I'll keep you posted.
