Yeahh i use it, yeahh itl be that then, it drove me mad too but if you change ur password on like hotmail then it wont send them to ur phone without u putting in the new password x

well, first of all, whatever network your on, go to their website, if you happen to be on o2 then its www.o2.co.uk/email, if not then find the account or email option on their website.
You just set up n account with them using your BB Pin and IMEI number, thatl then send settings to your phone... thennn on your phone, find the email setup wizard, and thatl guide you through
