Bleeding 1 week after AF? Help!

Hi ladies!

I'm back TTC after another late miscarriage in December. I have PCOS so my cycles are a little longer but average 32 days. AF last came on 12th May; quite a lot lighter than I usually experience and a lot of dark brown blood, no fresh red blood and quite a lot of small clots. Then exactly a week after AF had finished I had some spotting; again dark brown and a few small clots and lots of cramps.

Any idea what might have caused this? Do I assume my cycle continues as normal or what?

Any help would be much appreciated as I'm really rather worried

Could be several things. Nothing too serious, I don't think. Are you losing weight? Fat stores estrogen. Weight loss causes sporadic bleeding in between cycles.
Are you just coming off B/C?
Maybe the May 12 was ovulation bleeding? Or since the blood was only brown, could have been what was left over from the uterus/cevix from last time and just slowly made it's way down. That would explain bleeding again now.
