Bleeding at 10 weeks. Should I go to ER?

I am bleeding. I am 10 weeks and I have lost 4 babies at 8-10 weeks over last 18 months.

I am scared

My Dr is closed as it is Saturday

Should I just go to the Emergency room?

I would go. Maybe they could give you an ultrasound and at least you would know either way.
