Anyone know anything about RDW being low? everything else is normal so MW didn't seem concerned but I've noticed that the RDW is below normal amount, wondering if that's anything to do with why I feel so tired?

RDW simply refers to variation in size of blood cells, some might be new - reticulocytes, some are older and fragmented. High RDW is usually seen with iron and B12 deficiencies or people who have had a transfuion, but low is nothing to be worried about, nor is it a sign of any issue.
Did your MW or OB order tests to check TSH, Ferritin, b12 and Vit D. All of which can cause fatigue.
