Hello everyone,

So I am here because I need to get my body in the absolute best shape that I can so that I can possibly have a family. I will likely be having ivf as I am having one tube removed and the other tube is likely not functioning.

I knew that some ivf clinics will not perform ivf if a person is over a certain bmi. Today when I met with my fertility specialist to discuss ivf after my tube is removed she said ideally to have a bmi of 22-25, and risks are incredibly high above a bmi of 30, but that they never refuse anyone. I thought :dohh: I have a bmi above 30 and it is going to be so hard to get to 30 let alone any lower.

So we come to the point of this thread - I need to lose weight. In the last 2 months I have lost about 15 pounds. I will not say how much more I need to lose, but I will update how much I lose. I am going to weight watchers and I weigh in on Tuesdays. I have been having trouble tracking what I eat, but maybe if I track it on here I will have some more success.

Good luck-& i really mean it,
Im currently trying to lose weight (not with WW though) but i understand how bloody hard it can be sometimes x

Good luck!
I too am doing weight watchers, and I find the different 0 point soups really help me when I'm dying for something extra to eat. I throw in basically whatever veg I have, and it lasts me a few days.

That is a good idea. I might try it. I am not a huge soup fan - but maybe I will become one LOL.

I make myself eat it! LOL. Just because then I can have higher calorie stuff through my meals, but not worry about still being hungry!

Are there a lot of WW products where you are?

There are quite a few of ww products where I am - I am not a huge fan of most of them - some are quite good. I often take them for lunch at work. How about for you?

Not as much here in Canada as there is in the states.
Mostly breads, some cakes, the Smart Ones soups and frozen stuff.
