my LO loves these too. i just chop the sweet potato into wedges put on a little bit of oil then sprinkle with paprika(or another spice of your choice) and bake in the oven for 35is minutes. untill they are a little brown round the edges. yummy. the longer you cook them the sweeter they seem to get!

its really easy, i put the recipe up:

https://www.babyandbump.com/weaning-nutrition/521863-sweet-potato-fries-chips-wedges.html

just remember to watch them, because depending on how thick they are depends on how long they will take, i normally check after 10 minutes to see if they need longer or not, normally about 10-15 minutes each side.

We went out for sushi for lunch today and Gabriel had a blast shaking the seaweed w/rice so that the rice went everywhere. He didn't actually manage to eat much of his roll though because he dropped most of it on the floor.
He did seem to like the avocado and the spicy tuna I offered him. I did feel a little bad for the mess on the floor, so made sure to tip well.

lol I always feel bad too and totally over-tip when we go out.

Today has been:
B: a few spoonfuls of shreddies and yoghurt
Sn: a fruit stick and a sort of a homemade lemon square biscuit thingy
L: toast with hummus, peanut butter and philly (not all together), mozzarella stick, few spoonfuls of my choc pudding

offered him some whole cow milk in his sippy cup but it was spat out in disgust :nope: we've also tried almond and rice milks and EBM - all of which were met with severe disapproval. He'll only drink water during the day, no boobies - so am trying to get as much dairy in his diet as poss.
