BLW - what did your LO eat today?

b - banana yogurt with puffed wheat (like sugar puffs, minus the sugar) cereal and strawberries mixed in

l - slice of bread with philadelphia, cucumber, a handful of grapes, an organix banana biscuit and a strawberry fromage frais

t - tuna croquettes, potato wedges, carrots, broccoli
 
breakfast - cornflakes and milk, banana, munchbunch strawberry and vanilla yoghurt

lunch - bbq beans and sausages on toast, wotsits, a chocolate oat bar

dinner - pasta with tuna and sweetcorn, with cream, grated cheese and butter..and 3 slices of garlic bread

dessert - fruit salad with cream
 
b: an organix apple and ginger cookie, blueberries and a raspberry yoghurt
l: had a picnic - organix sweetcorn rings, cucumber sticks, a pear, a bit of couscous, blueberries and an apple and ginger cookie
d: pancetta, pepper and gnocchi bake with pan fried asparagus, raspberries for dessert
 
B: porridge and a few bits of papaya
S: banana
D: Dairylea sandwich and a Humzinger
S: mango and melon
T: tofu and veggie stir fry with sweetcorn
 
B:1/2 a pitta bread cut into strips with philadelphia on, half a banana and 2 preloaded spoons of normal porridge mixed with fruit puree and normal milk

Then we ate out and LO munched on a green bean and a bread roll xx
 
B - banana on toast
L - Mandarin - wasnt hungry
D - Green beans, broccoli and some chicken kiev :)
 
B-6 preloaded spoons of normal porridge with fruit (I did 6 spoons because it turned out a bit more runny than usual and it was the way to ensure at least some of it got in his mouth)

D-roasted wedges/chunks of carrots, sweet potato, potato and parsnips with herbs and olive oil; home-made pollock goujons with matzo meal coating
 
B: toast with blueberry jam, raisins
Snack: apple and ginger cookie
L: pitta bread, hummus, cherry tomatoes and a pear
D: went to a Caribbean restaurant so Ivy had rice and peas, sweet potato chips, curried chana, a bit of jerk chicken and creole salad! She loved it :)

S: humzinger
D: cheesy tuna pasta with sweetcorn (from BLW book)
S: banana
T: 1/2 tin of beans & sausages, some more cheesy tuna pasta, Organix ginger bread man, 1/2 a banana yoghurt
 
Thought I'd bring this thread back to life, it is so helpful for ideas!

B- cornflakes with banana
l- tuna and dairy lea sandwich with red pepper, melon
D- tomato and bacon pasta, mini corn, green beans, yogurt, melon
 
Tea - So proud of my little guy today - he actually managed some chicken! And he fed himself some yoghurt from a spoon. He looked so pleased with himself too :)
 
No breakfast as she was awake from 12-4 last night :dohh: so was very tired this morning
Dinner: peanut butter sandwiches, gingerbread man, grapes
tea: cod, peas and potato with abit of my falafel

need to go buy some more fruit tomorrow!

T: 2 Quorn 'meat'balls, home-made tomato sauce & pasta

3x 6oz bottles (1/2 formula, 1/2 cows milk)

My LO eats more than I do! :)

L - cheese stix, rice cakes, pear and strawberries
D - vegetable soup (homemade with carrot, mushroom, celery, pumpkin, onion, garlic, cauliflower and broccoli) and chicken :)
 
B - weetabix
L - cheese and ham toastie, raspberries and strawbs, yoghurt
D - asparagus and mushroom risotto. He wanted it so much he asked to be spoon fed!

D: butternut squash soup (BLW recipe book) & bread, Fruit Flakes, blueberries, peach slices, Goodies cereal bar
S: Dairylea sandwich
T: pepper & tofu stir fry (BLW recipe book) with rice noodles, more blueberries (!!) & a Goodies biscuit

3x 6oz bottles (1/2 formula, 1/2 milk)

yesterday

b- scrambled egg, half a banana
l- quiche (blw cookbook), dairy lea sandwich, mini corn, goodies cereal bar
d- fish fingers, baked beans, oven chips. The first time he has had this type of food (not homemade! He had dinner with his friends!)
 
Yesterday

Breakfast - Blueberries, strawberries, pomogrante seeds and a yogurt

Lunch - Veggies selection followed by some organix corn snacks

Dinner - chicken stir fry (she LOVES it, she ate as much as me!!!!!)

With 2 7oz bottles
 
Breakfast: jam on toast
Lunch: cheese sandwich with carrot sticks and a few mini cheddars
Diner: sausage broccali and califlower

Shes not been very hungry, it all went on the floor
