my little munchkin recently decided that three meals a day are not enough! looking for good, healthy snack ideas as seem to be resorting to cake bars / biscuits far too often (organix, ellas kitchen etc)

b-scrambled egg, banana
l- ham sandwich, salad, raspberries
d-meatballs and rice, pineapple, yogurt

I don't give any snacks at the moment. Aidan eats massive portions at meal times and has only just started to increase his milk intake too. I'm worried if I give snacks too then his milk will drop again.

breakfast - wheaties, a nectarine
lunch - rice cakes, cheese, grapes, yogurt
snack - organix oaty bar (we were out and about all day and he had already had the grapes he was supposed to have for his snack!)
tea - baked potato, beans, cheese, a banana

how much milk does he have? hayden is already down to just 2 6-8oz bottles a day - first thing and bedtime. i tried to carry on giving him milk between meals, but he just wouldn't take it, so i would rather he had a snack and a drink than nothing at all, especially when it's hot as i worry about dehydration.

Sweet potato wedges and cloudberries for brunch - was more interested in smashing them up and moving them around than eating them but had her first real attempt at a pre-loaded spoon for the berries and did put it to her mouth

Had some cucumber while me and OH ate to stop her complaining - ate more of it than before, I think the tooth helps!
