BLW - what did your LO eat today?

Still working on individual things as Ro is an allergy-prone baby so can only intro one thing at a time, then wait a couple of days, then something else new etc. So his menu isn't half as impressive as some of your LO's!

Breakfast: Tiny bit of my porridge with ricemilk and some green beans which he threw on the floor. He doesn't seem interested in anything other than mommy milk in the a.m. tbh.

Lunch: Is about to be mushroom, oven chips and pheasant, with apple for pudding.

Afternoon snack: Apricot.

Dinner: Will be pheasant again, avacado, and banana, and maybe another couple of chips.

B - weetabix & banana
L - chicken sandwiches, bread sticks and some of my smoothie & yogurt
D - veggie burger, chips & beans & yogurt

Hello! Can I join you all? I started weaning LO at 23 weeks after recommendation from paediatrician. LO is a lot happier and is breastfeeding much better too (previously reflux was preventing him from taking more than a couple of sucks at a time). We started with tw as Rowan didn't know what to do with food on his tray but he rapidly got the idea and is now happily grabbing bits and feeding himself. I try to let him have a go with a pre-loaded spoon too.

Today...

Breakfast: Porridge with apple and pear puree
Lunch: Didn't show interest so just extra bf
Dinner: Sweet potato, lentil and spinach daahl (loved it!); pieces of chapatti

After some wobbles we appear to be back on track...

B - one porridge finger and a banana biscuit (according to daddy - I had a lie in :) )
L - one chickpea pattie and a piece of avocado
D - colourful chicken risotto (BLW cookbook) incl 2 pieces red pepper, one piece courgette and some risotto. Loved this!

Taylor's first day today ... she turned 6 months on Saturday and cut her first two teeth over the weekend in readiness :haha:

She tried a little crushed new potato, some carrot, peas, cauliflower and broccoli ... and enjoyed mashing it up and tasting it enormously :happydance:
