BLW - what did your LO eat today?

I have some great naan bread recipes but I still have to give them a go!

The pizza one - I think i'll have to wait until next weekend when OH is at home to give it a go. Any food that takes longer than 10 minutes drives my LO to distraction

Craftymum - yea, its so easy. Toasted bread/muffins, tomato puree, cheese and some quartered cherry tomatoes - under the grill for a minute. Culann can't get enough of it though :)

Today Jacob had
B - Porridge and about a quarter of a banana
L - mini pitta bread pizza, a couple of sticks of pineapple and a wedge of nectarine
S - strawberries
D - sweet potato mash, vege finger, baby corn and asparagus followed by plum baby fromage frais

Today Sophia had

b: 1 weetabix, an apricot, a pear, 5 strawberries, a liitle yeo yoghurt
l: half a hot dog roll with philadelphia, some cucumber, quarter of an avocado, quarter slice of ham
d: bowl of pasta with roast chicken, brocolli, peas and pesto

Ooh can i join

Today Isabella had:
B- Toasted muffin with butter and fruit spread, satsuma
L- Tuna pasta, pineapple
D- Roasted pepper, mushroom, swede, butternut squash, tomato. Then pineapple, banana, yoghurt.

Think she swallowed a fair bit of each meal and the tuna pasta was a bit hit! She loves tomatoes and liked them roasted too

Where can i buy the plum baby yoghurts? I can't find them in asda  My partner picked up the yeo valley organic baby ones but they are very sweet and Isabella doesn't like them. Thanks

:flower:

B: shreddies
S: handful of raspberries, breadstick
L: about a third of a banana that he ate  whilst I was getting everything ready coz he was hungry but then realised what it was and started pulling bits out of his mouth  half a tomato, a big rice cake with cashew butter, a bite of chicken and a handful of chopped strawberries

S: a humzinger (thanks for the tip M2bC ) and a breadstick

D: mash, a bit of sausage, a lick of brocolli and some Greek yoghurt

Sainsburys do them. My local asda don't do them either so I had to get LIttle Stars for the timebeing.

Btw - my LO loves tomatoes. Like loves them more than his toys..he would happily suck on one for hours and sometimes sits there with one hanging out of his mouth like a tongue

B: half an oatibix with EBM (had some spare defrosted - I thought it tasted yucky but he seemed to like it), satsuma, half a plum

L: pasta with spinach sauce, small piece of leek and bacon quiche

D: creamy potato bake, bolognese mince with mushrooms, pear, satsuma

Plum baby range is not very well stocked here either. I got them in tesco today as I usually buy the yeo valley ones too but the pots are so big. This is the first time I've seen them in my Tesco so whether they'll be there the next time or not is another matter. Jacob had a raspberry and rosehip one and loved it.

B: Toast & half a banana
L: Leftover pasta with tomato sauce, sweet potato & carrot, half a yoghurt and some pear
S: Plain scone (if I didn't give it to him, he would've actually killed me in the middle of M&S cafe!)
D: Salmon balls (too soft to be held so I had to empty them onto a PL spoon) & baked beans (low salt/sugar kind...bad mummy but I looooove baked beans!)

LOL!!! That's so funny Isabella does the exact same! Just lets it dangle from her mouth sucking it! Haha! Thanks for reply x

Yeah they are big aren't they?! I put foil over it and offered it again at dinner but she really didn't like it bless her. Her face was a picture :haha: Thanks for reply x

I get Plum fromage frais from Sainsbury's- have only seen them in one branch though.

Ruby had...

B - 2 x her normal portion of Shreddies and raisins!
L -half a hoummous and cheese sandwich, some pear and a whole organix banana and date bar
Snack - few pieces of banana
Dinner - Sausage and mash (whole chipolata eaten, about a quarter of an adult portion of mash) about 3/4 of a tin of mandarins.

Ruby had today....

Shreddies for breakfast
Roast tomato hoummous on toast, natural yoghurt with a tiny bit of honey for lunch
Some organix cheese puffs for a snack
Chicken korma, homemade naans and rice for dinner - she LOVED it!
(naans stupidly easy and quick to make btw)

How do you make the naan breads? That's something I would love to be able to do.

Today Thomas had:

B: big bowl of bitesize shredded wheat, natural yogurt with a bit of fruit spread, melon

L: toasted ham, cheese, and tomato sandwich, banana, satsuma

D: lentil and veg curry, rice, a little bit of naan, more melon

Adam has had...

b: mini shredded wheats, most of a banana, a satsuma
snack: a breadstick
l: about half a chicken sandwich, blueberries, satsuma
d: fish (salmon & cod) & veg pie (quite a big portion), broccoli, blueberries

I'd also love to know how to make the naan bread.
Today Jacob had
B - raisin mini shredded wheat and slice melon
L - cheese and tomato on toast, strawberries and nectarine
D - lentil and spinach curry with couscous and mini pitta, fromage frais and humzinger

ruby had....
B- about 2 spoons of readybrek, one triangle of toast
snack - some baby plum tomatos
Lunch - boiled egg & bread at CM
snack - 4 strawberries
dinner (wait for this.. it was a feast at my dads house lol)
roast ham, roast chicken, broccoli, carrots, swede roast potatos, peas, gravy, & stuffing!

Not a very good day today - he had a lot of wind and tummy ache overnight & he was a bit sicky this morning - I think he might be intolerant to strawberries as I've noticed we have horrid nights after he has them; it's a shame coz he LOVES them!

Anyway today he had

B: shreddies - about half an adult portion
S: 3raspberries but I saw them again minutes later
L: chapati dipped in my dahl - refused actual dahl - piece of aubergine, half a kiwi, humzinger
D: half a new potato, about 6 peas, 2cubes of feta, 8 broad beans, tiny bit of yogurt, raspberries

hehe we tried some humzingers too... ruby is undecided as yet, but i quite liked the plum one!!!! claire.. you should be on commission!

we had the blackcurrant humzinger - I thought it was gross but Jacob loved it!

Sophia has liked all the Humzinger flavours except pineapple so far
