honestly get to Slimming world, its so so easy it doesnt even feel like a diet but it works! x

I put weight back on as i stopped suddenly over xmas and didnt maintain but if you follow the steps you keep it off, thinking of dong SW to maintain actually once at goal, tis cheaper haha

if you want cheap shakes, do the asda
ones they're gorgeous, not many flavours but
the ready made ones are about 80p and they're
like milshakes

slim fast are horrid

i did cambridge last year and lost a stone
in 2 weeks, it was just bloody expensive!

i'm shite at diets i'm alright for a few weeks
and then i think fuck it



i'll be the fat one at BP, i don't dress up or anything either
so i'm gonna look like a right twat if i go out for drinks
might just stay in, save myself the embarrasment lol
