~BnB Biggest Losers~

ok, I have said it far too often but this time I really mean it "tomorrow I am starting my diet very seriously"!! I am so cheesed off with being fat and I keep coming across pictures of myself from a few years ago and it makes me so sad and my self esteem just drops. I don't want to feel like that anymore! I lost 2 stone before my wedding in 2007, then I got pregnant and I have just piled the weight on since. I have even gained weight since giving birth. I feel like the past 7 months have flown by and the only energy I have had has been reserved for sitting and looking after my little boy who had a very colicy start to life (as I'm sure a lot of you know how that feels).

So what I am asking is can I join? I really want to lose 15kg, 20kg would be ideal. I just seem to have no self control what-so-ever. Where do I start?
 
Just think what you could cut out or do differantly

I find keeping a food journal is the most important part of dieting...!! Especially for ppl like me who has a problem with food psychologically... :hugs:
Just write down everything you eat and you will soon see where you can drop things and not miss them!!
 
quick question ladies....

im due on tomoz, so can anyone tell me if you carry more weight etc wen due on and if you lose some when u come on, if you know what i mean....

was just something i read in a mag yesterday and wondered if theres any truth in it? Anyone know?? xxx
 
well its supposed to be you weigh more as u have water retention but i duno cus on my first week i was on and lost 4.5lbs .....but u r supposed to weigh more...but just think if u do weigh a little more then at least u wil have lost more next week lol xxx

1 more day till weigh in....not eating loads today.....guna try not havn n e tho after half 6 my ddinner ....heres 2hoping xx

im not expecting much this week, probably best that way, but i cant wait to get to 10st.... im getting my hair done as my first treat :happydance::happydance::happydance:

every half stone i lose im going to treat my self to something none food orientated and see if that helps to push, i really want my hair done, like really really really want my hair done so im gonna push and push to get this 6lb off

well ladies...i just got back from the chemist...since last monday ive lost 13lb!!!! i smashed my 10lb target yeay so hav now lost 62lb!!! 40.5lb on sw so im well chuffed, i will get oficially weighed in tonight on their scales, sometimes ther are a pound heavier!
2 stone 8lb to go til i reach my first target my pre preg weight before maddy so nearly 9 years ago!!!! Im the lightest ive been now for 4 years my aim this week is 4lb

well done everyone else and good luck at weigh ins...kerry did you get my pic and did you have a naughty treat?

7uve done fab!! yeah got your pic.... so jealous but happy 4 u!! :hugs: just on my lunch break and not hungry so not eating anything!! not feeling positive im on :witch: and i feel gross!! i had cheese on crackers bout as naughty as my kitchen allows me lol...!!
 
Ladies ur all doing fab! Do you all eat breakfast? As i heard it helps to lose weight is this correct? What do u all have? I bought special K but not overally keen on them.
Well i have done really well today and had a bowl of salad for my lunch with a hard boiled egg and a ww's carrot cake slice. Gunna have a ww's salmon meal for my tea later and try not to eat anything after other than a few grapes!

and also wen do ya start noticing ya clothes rbaggy n e 1 lol how much do i have to loose lol to notice xxx

Hi everyone! Must say I'm impressed with all the weight loss going on (even the "small" losses!). My clothes feel a bit looser but wont know for sure if I've lost any weight untill I've got a scale will let you know though.

well my official weigh in went well i actually lost 13.5lb on their scales lol i said on an earlier post that i had had enough totally and i have had to resort to drastic measures (ie slimming tablets) its not the best way to do it as this week ive hardly eaten however this week from today i am making my self have breakfast and dinner, the biggest thing i have found is they take away all my sugar cravings and i have absolutely no want for fatty foods or choco/biscuits etc..i got back this evening from weigh in and iv made meatballs and some pasta my god im sooo full its crazy! I joined slimming world the first week of november so ive been going 5 months...i have had 4 bad weeks where i havent been on the diet out of tht so in total 4 months....i have just started to notice that my clothes are getting baggy as i had crammed and rammed myself into my other clothes that much! People are starting to notice but not that much being honest, that is however due to the fact that i was 7.5 stone over weight (now 4 and a half woo hoo)

i am staying on my tabelts possibly for another month as its mr t's christening...i would ideally love to loose another 1.5 stone by then so 4lb a week which is doable i know it is!!! a stone ill settle for but 2 stone id be over the moon!!! wel see ay...watch this space....

i can say ladies that if you go into dieting half hearted it just wont work, i have tried and failed sooooo many times (including some weeks presently) but i am so determined and I REALLY WANT THIS until your head is in the right place it just wont happen, sit down and realise how food has a hold over your life, try to break the hold and youl be half way there
