im doing weight care not meny people have heard of it but i get on wel with it once i get in 2 ive lost 3 stone on it b4 after i had myu youngest little boy
 
maaan i need a kick up the but i been really naughty today and well this whole week obviously at the hospital i cud only get my hands on crap n way...and well tonight i had the dreaded chinease take away...i no i no i no naughty me....but tommorrow im getting back on track having my poiny i no it wil only be for sat sun and mon but maybe just maybe it wil stop me putting anything on ooo i hope so man!! i really dont wanaa have put on xxx
 
its low fat u can have 8 points a day and each point is 2.5g of fat so baisclly u can have no more then 20g of fat a day there is foods you cant have and foods that are free sp u can eat unlimted such as salad and certain fruit and veg

babezone, don't worry hon, you can get back on it, i'm not surprised this week honey, its been so stressful for you :hugs: i was talking about maybe treating ourselves to chinese next weekend if we're good for the next week :blush:
 
Oh dear...Im going to have a bad day tomorrow!
Im out all day..lunch out in a restaurant with family. Then birthday meal in the evening with friends...and its indian!!
Anyone know of anything at the indian that i can order that isnt too bad so i dont feel too bad??

Kaci- great job with your walking and excercise- and its really good to have a ideal weight in mind and it is best to set yourself smaller targets :yipee:

toria- fab start hunni, just being more aware of what you put in your mouth will make a big difference... you could get a calorie counting book from whsmiths in the health magazine section its £2.20 and even if your not calorie counting... like I said just being more aware what is in things will make a difference :hugs:

princess_bump- I agree with the quick and easy option... I havent had a proper dinner since sunday I dont think... and its been my problem not have breakfast lunch and dinner...!! When Ive dieted pre-pregnancy Ive made pasta salads fruit salads and stuff to take to work and stuff... just dont have the time or can even be bothered to do that now

mum 2 three- welcome hunni :hi: how much weight have you lost so far then?? You must be added to our front page?

Elli21- with the indian the vegetable options are lower and the tandooris and stuff that are not creamy! Its best to try and plan what to order before you get there... or try having a small healthy snack before you go so you dont indulge on the big curries :)

Babezone- just draw a line under to day and start afresh tomorrow...!! Youll be fine... even if you have put on.. no one can blame you :hugs:


Now me :rofl: great day ... had about 1000 calories plus some haribos :dohh: nearly got a mcdonalds just now but hayley (bigbelly2) stopped me with a very encouraging text... thanks chick!! So I had 2 bits of toast instead!
working in the restaurant sat and sun breakfast and its so hard not to eat when all the food tastes so yummy...!! I dont think slimfast works... it doesnt keep me fuller for longer.. and for 200 calories a shake I could have 2 slices of bread or 2 bananas or a bowl of cereal... soooo think its crap lol!!

I think you're doing the right thing Kerry, calorie counting seems like the way to go :)

Well after my shaky days I've had a great couple of days, done a sneaky weigh-in this morning and it says I've put on 1/2 lb; the cheek of it :sulk::lol:
But not stressing yet as I don't weigh-in properly until Monday plus I was due-on today with the witch but she never came :shock: But not to worry she is most defo on her way as I have cramps from hell plus I'm feeling bloated and crappy :(

So I don't know what the scales will say on Monday but I've been very good to be pre-menstrual plus by Monday I'll have walked 31.5 miles this week :shock: I can't believe I've been doing this 4 weeks now :)

Oh Oh Oh took measurements todays :) I have lost 1 inch from my waist, 1 inch fom my hips, 2 inches from each upper thigh, 3 inches from each lower thigh plus 2 inches from each upper arm.....thats a total inch loss of 16 inches in 4 weeks :wohoo: plus 9.5lb in 3.5 weeks :)

So stuff the scales, get those measuring tapes out too girls :)

Also new plan for Monday is I'm including 15 minutes of Pilates, especially for tummies & legs as I need to get this tummy flatter and the pilates defo works plus it should get another couple of inches off my waist :D

so ive been good so far today lol ive had 1 big snacka jack......i stepped on scaled this mornin lmao it ses i put on 2lbs!! but me is thinking maybe its the big chinease stilll sat on me or wishful thinking lol.....so i potentially need to loose 2lbs by tuesday haha
1 ppoint a day for me then lol.....but na i think ima take 5 points of each day till tuesday hopefuly it wil break even then lol xxx

kerry- well done on no macdonalds and i cud defo see what u mean about 200cals for a shake id prefersumit filling

mamafy- ima dig out my tape measure see if i can loose sum inches sum where haha xxx

elli - i think kerry said it all well about the Indian but i was going to say choose the tomato based sauces as they're better for you than the creamy yummy ones :dohh:

me! (carly) well had an ok day yesterday, felt spurred on after weight loss, and done dvd again, just had an ok breakfast - x2 boiled eggs and x2 slices of wholemeal bread with nothing on, so 5 points! am going to do my dvd again in a bit and we're off swimming this afternoon so that will be good exercise as well as taking my mind of the afternoon munches! for dinner i'm doing a low fat bbq chicken - its a homepride cooking sauce, with some ww chips - where you just cut the potato up, spray with spray oil and stick in the oven, so it's all got to help! especially as james is now doing it with me so he can eat all the ww/low fat food i cook :happydance:

measurements are also a great way to track... when I first started sw... (bearing in mind ive only lost 1 and half stone with them) I took my measurements since then lost 3" on my chest 5" on my waist and 2" on my hips.... so a total of 10 inchs... :) cant imagine how much ive lost all together, wish i had done it right at the start!!

well I woke up at 6am to get ready for a work and to go the next sale... I had work 8-12 and Ive just had some toast.. thats all Ive had! Got a party tonight but Im not going to drink cos its easier to binge on all the food there when you have a drink...!!

oh wanted a mac donalds today in town we went in there and my god if it wasnt for there being no cue and him literally buying it there n then i wuda soooo had it too was really hard lol...but i had a subway instead jus had sum no cal jelly lmao well i had 2 table spoons i mean im not really a jellly fan n e way but my god lmao its jus wel i duno i cant eat it lol.
pasta bake thing from tescos for dinner only 5.5 points so thats my tea now jus got to try n not feel hungry till 7 lol xx

well ive had my bowl of shreddies and ill prob hav an omlette for dinner this evening...i havent been able to weigh myself today BUT I have managed to get a pair of jeans on i couldnt even get past my thighs...and i wore them out today, had a kind of muffin top but a long cardi helped lol kerry got the ecitement full force and i was brave enough to send a PIC AGAIN lmao....

oh how exciting!!

hey girls i had my weigh in the morning, i have lost a further 4 pounds so if you could add it on for me please kerry that would be fab.

i have now in total lost 27.5 pounds yipppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!

i have lost a total of 20.5 inches of my body also so im feeling really pleased with myself, i have a hell of a long way to go yet but i will get there.

how is everyone doing?

I have lost only 2lbs so far but have only started this week so fingers crossed next week will be better! Im not following a diet as such but im eating weight watchers meals and puds!
 
Just about to have a WW curry!!
Had no choclate for the first time in about 2months!!
Not really eaten much, walked into town so thats good and will do some press ups 2nite!!

If anyone has a cooltrader near them then they have the WW meals in there for 99p and desserts aswell!!
Poundland near me also had WW crisps,mayo and soups (2 for £1)

You'll all doing brilliantly!!! x x
