If its okay im going to join you all from Monday, Since having Tyler i went down to pre-pregnancy weight due to having PND but since then have piled on the weight and have gone up 2 dress sizes :( Im hoping to get my motivation from you girls :)

Ill be back Monday with current weight and Goals x x

I ordered my Wii and Wii fit last night got it for just over £200 get to collect it on Saturday im really excited x

Just got a healthy Tesco order in so wil hopefully start eating more now. Have also forgotten to weigh myself in a couple of days :dohh:

Any ideas for a healthy birthday meal? OH wants to get a takeaway as a treat :(

:hi: hey all :D sorry i've been mia with this thread, its hard to think about it for me day in day out, as its something i need to do forever really, but lost another 2.5lb's this week :yipee: so i've now lost 22.5lb's or a whole maddilynne :happydance:
 
well done carly!

i went to the gym again tonight.. even though i felt like shite.. i managed 5 minutes on the cross trainer so i was really pleased with myself

i didnt have chippy for lunch, just a healthy wholemeal ham sandwhich and i had one chicken burrito for dinner with some low fat taco chips on the side (i thought id still be hungry but wasnt :happydance:)

ive decided to not really care about putting on 2lb this week.. ive eaten healthy (1300 cal a day) and been to the gym 3 times. i think ive put on weight due to af and turning fat into muscle which cant be a bad thing really can it???

i had been saving up my loose change for a takeaway tonight :blush: but i went to M&S and bought myself a new bra and knicker set with the money instead! now that took guts to do and i was kicking myself afterwards but my new underwear is a size smaller than i usually buy and im gonna feel much better wearing them then eating a curry!

Tezzy because your going to the gym regularly I would take measurements as well as weighing. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you might not loose pounds but might loose inches iykwim? Thats what im going to start doing.
 
thanks for the advice.. i might measur myself this week

been to the gym again today, i wasnt gonna go but hubby has informed me hes busy all day sunday,monday,wednesday and thursday next week so he said i could go today to make up for staying at home next week LOL.

my trainer put me on 2 new machines.. me no likey at all :( the arm curl and the torso twist! now my arms hurt :rofl: .. anyway good hour long session, managed 5 mins on the cross trainer again wohhoo.

had supernoodles for lunch though :blush: because colin wanted them but we're having homemade lean cheeseburgers with homemade chips for dinner (im not having a bun or cheese with mine) with salad. i do have a jam roly poly in the fridge though so i might have a slice for a naughty dessert, dunno yet!

how is everybody!
