i did the wii fit. It hurts :rofl: I was in bits after it :rofl: its a sign it works though so yay :happydance::happydance:
 
:rofl: sure i thought the wii fit would be easy. It said I done 16 minutes of exercise and I was sweating!! I was so wrecked :rofl::rofl:
 
i can only do 3 minutes on the cross trainer at the gym :rofl: i see some people on it for 20 minutes :shock:

i do extra treadmill though lol
 
yeah hopefully in a month or so my trainer said i should be able to go on it for longer :happydance:
 
How did everyones day go?

I had an ok day, had maybe 1300 cals so not what I wanted but on plus I done 5 mile on the treadmill :D could have done more actually :happydance:

kerry what sorta day had you on the grenades?
 
had a good day yesterday but got no walk in cos of the weather. But I did the wii fit for a bit. Was wrecked after it. going well so far. Am going for a walk this morning.dreading it but looking forward to it too :rofl: has to be done though!!
 
i had a good day yesterday, went to the gym, healthy sandwhich for lunch and homemade turkey curry for dinner, i only had one popadum (i can have up to 4 usually LOL) but.....


ive gained a lb.. af is due 2moro though so i guess 1lb isnt too bad

Urgh today is going so pooh already, I had a breakfast meeting all arranged, cleaned the conference room, sorted out everything, and the womans secretary never even wrote it in the diary :hissy::hissy:

So I'm eating pastries in a huff... :dohh:
 
so wud u say the grenades r workin 4u hun....ive had such a hectic mornin havent had chance to eat yet...n now i do archies asleep on me lol n wil so wake if i put him dwn so its either peace....or food lol hmmmm x

1,300 is absolutely perfect for weight loss hun :) They recommend 1,200-1,500 otherwise you risk your body going into starvation mode and turning most of what you eat straight into fat.
 
Is anyone struggling to eat? Every day this week I haven't managed to get over 1,000 cals, and a lot of days I'm eating 600-800. :( I just don't feel like eating. Problem is, I've stopped losing as my body is clinging on to everything I eat as I'm not eating enough.

Any ideas for high cal, low fat food? :(
