how on earth do you know how much to do? do you just work it out yourself and do what you feel is right?

Its just laziness on my part :blush:

at my gym when u start you have a session with the trainer to set up a program, then after each session your trainer checks your program to see if it needs changing, then after another 5 sessions you have another 1 on 1 session with your trainer, then it goes to every 10 sessions you have a one on one
 
So chuffed.

Had AF last week, this weekend was my birthday and I had lunch put, a takeaway Chinese and cake. Decided to go to the gym, and lost 2lbs! I'm so proud of myself for having a treat, but limiting my portions, and sticking to my gym routine and still losing weight. :happydance:

When you eat healthy your food is full of good fats and protein, which fills you up. Junk is designed to taste good, but be lacking in everything that will fill you up so you will always want more. I'm always amazed at how full I get with healthy meals now. :)
 
^^ yeh thats what slimming world is all about, you have a list of free foods that you can eat whatever u like with ..

the free foods are free because they are the type of foods that keep you fuller for longer :)
 
Well I have blown it this week! Yesterday I had a Mr Whippy then a whole Papa Johns pizza polished off with 3 bottles of wine!! But I had a great time x
 
Hey girls feel like I've gotta re-motivate myself - I've been slacking with my points and tracking and exercise and I've gotta get it round my head that I've still got 22.5lbs to go and I've gotta get my ass in gear. I'm so disappointed with myself I'm dreading weigh in tomorrow and I've got the fitting for my bridesmaid dress on Wednesday and I'm not as slim as I wanted to be by the wedding :( :cry: :hissy:

Sorry for rant I just need motivation xxxxxxxxxxxxx
 
hun i think we are all feeling the same...

I need to track and excercise too.... Ive decided to change meetings so now I weigh in on a thursday... think the mentality of having the weekend straight away will be much better for me...!!
Im disappointed in myself too... we are in june soon and Im not even close to a decent summer weight :(

i think this weekend has got to us all tbh.. ive been terrible today too, fry up for breakfast, white bread sandwhiches (2 of them) for lunch with crisps and then pizza for dinner :(


and im on the verge of having an icecream..
 
Aww thanks guys at least I know I'm not the only one. I think mini-goals work for me - what bout you guys? Good idea about the weigh in day - I might have to do that too if Tuesdays turn out to be a problem. xxxxx

I lost a whole 1lb this week :D haven't had the grenades for 2 days and ate my body weight in food the last few evenings :dohh: back to being good tomorrow :)

I just find that Im so good and fresh weds morn and good up until saturday, I then get disinterested and lose the diet motivation, sunday is pretty much the same, then monday comes and knowing I get weighed the next day I dont really follow the plan but just eat very little... :dohh:

When I lost weight on my own I didnt really focus on a particular day as my weigh day and it came off alot easier... another bad reason to go to a meeting imo..!!

Anyways I figured friday morning I will be all fresh and set for a good week, start to get disinterested by monday but beings its a week day its a lot easier to stay focused...!

Does that all make sense??

I'm joining up. I upset myself last night by getting on the scales (yeah, end of the day is NEVER a good time) and watching the dial go all the way up to 85kgs. I'd gone down to 80kgs after having Kai, then I went on the pill and put it back on again :(. I'm usually only about 70kgs but I'd be happy to get to about 75kgs.

well weigh day today....and i dont no how the hell i did it....but i managed to loose
2.5lbs woop wooo go me! im so happy lol....:happydance: :happydance:

youll probly find ull loose more next week hun i put on 1lb couple weeks bk thn lost 4 the next wk xx
