but i work 9-5 and it means coming home to go back out and I really can never be bothered.. :dohh:

once i get into it i become very addicted to it,
but my mum looks fantastic and that was from going to the gym so much??

what machines do u suggest i do?

well today i feel so crap :hissy::hissy: Ahhhhh I hate :witch: She is not even here yet and I feel like this :cry::cry: I have no energy because of it and only did 23 mins on the wii fit earlier. Am going to try and get out for a small walk this evening if the weather stays fine for long enough. And Jack has been really grumpy all day long so that hasnt helped at all. I feel like stuffing my face with chocolate :hissy::hissy:
 
ey hun.... 23 mins is still good dont be so hard on yourself...

I cant even do 23 mins.... today I made a new sheet to monitor my food with sw and added abit on the end for excercise...

from friday I will be on it... I have to be... have no motivation at the min though... think me getting weighed on thursday will hopefully be a bloody wake up call!!!

Well yesterday I did ok. Did the wii and went for a small 15 min walk yesterday evening. Was too wrecked to do any more. Then last night I had some dairy milk turkish :blush: I was dying for some chocolate cos of AF being due :hissy: didnt have too much though but felt really full after it. Feeling a bit better today so hopefully wont need any more chocolate
 
thing is guys i think were we r going wrong is basically were not alllowing our body treats/luxuries. when at the end of the day we need to have some of these things evry now n thn just to feel normal as the more were depriving ourself the more we want.
and your body does need a blow out every once in a while just to kick ur motabolism back into gear and working so hard....so stop being so hard on urself guys. xxx
 
I agree. When I started this I said that I wasnt giving up anything. That if I wanted something I would have it and I have been doing that. I have tried so many diets before and gave up all the nice things and ended up craving them and bingeing and then giving up on the diet altogether. This way is better I think. Although I do still feel guilty after eating chocolate :dohh: Although I should be proud of myself cos I used to have lots of it every day and now im gone to just once a week :happydance:

ahhhhhhhhh why cant i be just skinny :hissy::hissy:
 
I used to be a chocolate and crisp fiend. Honestly, I really think you won't crave them if you eat properly. How much protein to you eat everyday, and how much water do you drink? Protein fills you up, and stops your body craving and it also helps break down fat and build muscle. For weightloss, and keeping your body healthy, 20% of your daily food intake should be protein.

Also, when you're hungry have a pint of water 10 minutes before you eat. Our bodies often confuse hunger and thirst signals, so a lot of hunger pangs can be solved by drinking.

I have lost weight :wohoo: I have lost 6.4lb in a week as I put on 4lb above my starting weight then I lost 2lb (I weighed myself on sunday and saw I had lost 2lb out of the 4lb I put on) and weighed myself today and I have lost the other 2lb that I had put on and an added 2.4lb :yipee: so in total I have lost 6.4lb :wohoo:
 
So.. here we go again.

Today is my first day of Weight Watchers. Luckily my MIL is on it, and we happen to be at her place today, so I don't have to grocery shop just yet! :rofl:
I'm not doing the meetings, she has all the info from when she used to do the meetings as well! :)
Instead of me saying "I want to be 130 pounds" I'm setting my first goal of 10% loss is what I'm aiming for! :) That's what one of the books suggested, and I get that. I think it'll be easier for me to get somewhere with the weight loss aiming for smaller goals like that, instead of huge goals!

Here goes nothing!!
 
I am having a good day so far. Was really hungry after lunch but just had some popcorn. Just finished doing 25 mins on the wii fit. I did some yoga on it and now my legs hurt :rofl: Hopefully will get to go for a little walk later.having a healthy enough dinner, garlic & herb chicken goujons with salad in pitta bread yummy :happydance:
 
wish me luck im expecting another 2lbs on!!! :argh:

Then it will be the kick up the arse I need :cry:
