Im having a shitty week, im dreading weighing on Thurs! I bought some of those grenades I didnt get them in pink though is there a difference? I took my first one yesterday and felt as high as kite! lol x
 
i dont know if they are different hun...

I wonder why Im not getting this highness that I hear of.... :lol: did u eat much on them??

I wasnt hungry but I still ate 3 times sensibly and didnt snack in the hope that it might train me into only eating that when I stop the pills iykwim? My mouth was really dry though, I drank loads of water.
I really felt like I was on something, I didnt even want to drive the car LOL. Today I didnt feel as 'high' must just have been a shock to the system yesterday!

I have been good enough the last couple of days. Had a chinese for my dinner this evening though. went for a walk this morning but was really wrecked during it and after it :sleep: but im putting it down to the fact that :witch: is due on friday. I wont go walking tomorrow but will do the wii fit. Not doing too badly but feel :sick: cos of :witch: :hissy:

they are not as strong as some I have tried before though, but others have said differently :shrug:

Something I found on another website which motivated me was keeping a food diary. Would you guys be interested in that? Just once a day, listing what you've eaten, swap recipes, etc.

Like today I had...

Breakfast: Weetabix and semi skimmed milk & banana
Lunch: Large bowl of corn chowder
Dinner: Homemade vegetable lasagne

Snacks: Pumpkin seeds
 
i defo think writing down what u eat helps so much :)

Im still not on it..

Ive followed sw today, then my sis comes round with pizza... rude not to have a slice.. and crisps and chocolate :(

help!!!
 
I HAVE to write stuff down or I'd go over points it definately keeps me on track - think thats why I put on this week I think. x x
